The youth of Uganda North-Central (working areas of Apostle Richard Kavuma and Yohonan Byoona) gathered once again in Hoima Town for their second Youth Camp. The first one was in August 2014.
The youth arrived on Thursday 6th August and proceeded with the highly compressed program from Friday until the climax on Sunday when the District Apostle conducted the Youth Divine Service. Friday morning was dedicated to teachings on life skills and time management by a professional social worker and in the afternoon the youth went for sports and games.
Saturday was dedicated to discussions on Youth care concept, The Catechism of The New Apostolic Church (NAC Creed, Support in death and grieving - 12.4.5 Marriage and family - 13.3.0). Apostle Byoona and Apostle Kavuma moderated the discussions in turns while the District Apostle was the time keeper. There was serious choir practice that evening to prepare for the divine service the next day.
On Sunday 9th August, the District Apostle conducted the Youth Divine Service on the basis of the Bible text in Psalms 139:24.(”And see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting”)
