District Apostle Lubasi visits Karagwe

As the district apostle left Nairobi on Thursday, 27 February 2014 to visit the vast country of Tanzania; he knew that he had two days ahead of him just for travelling! He had two flight connections to Bukoba, a town on the shores of Lake Victoria. This was not the final destination yet, he had to continue his journey the following day by road.

The District Apostle Lubasi accompanied by Apostles Maneno and Celestine held the first divine service at Keeza/Omkagando. He served the 1036 members in attendance with a text word taken out of the book of Luke 9: 62.

The following day was the feast day; divine service for the departed. The District Apostle celebrated this festive divine service at Nyakasimbi congregation. Romans 9: 10 was used as the basis for the divine service. 1690 members were in attendance. For the very first time; and in their own congregation, the children of God were delighted and thankful to witness the sacraments being administered to the departed souls. Sunday, 02 March 2014 will remain a memorable day to them.
